Shaping up a non-technical article into “something much more readable”

I worked with Thomas E. of Madison, WI to edit an article explaining nuclear power to the public. He sent this video testimonial about his experience. If you can’t watch it, here’s what Thomas said:

I recently had the pleasure of working with Science Refinery on a non-technical article I wrote about nuclear power. Since I typically write technical reports and papers, I had some unique challenges to overcome with writing a non-technical article for the first time in a pretty long while. Science Refinery helped get rid of all that passive voice and shape up my article into something much more readable. I definitely recommend working with Science Refinery for all your editing needs.

PS: Interested readers can find the article, “Nuclear Energy: The Safe, Clean, Cost-Effective Alternative,” here.
